With over 10 years of school letting experience and a great deal of passion for the sector to thrive Optimise Lettings Consultancy opened in 2022.
Simon Kidby spent 10 years working for the largest School Community Lettings provider advancing through the business to ultimately be a part of the Senior Leadership Team as the Sales and Marketing Director. Highlights from the role included the creation of the Customer Contact Centre, the Relief Caretaking programme and a Consultancy package for non-client schools with an overarching responsibility of a top-line revenue of £9.5m.
Before moving into the lettings industry he spent over 25 years working for the Ministry of Defence.
His passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of the school lettings sector are some of the best in the industry positioning him perfectly to consult at schools who are considering their school letting options. .
